Motivations and interests

I do believe that Spanish Science has a lot to offer. I am but an example among many as how the democratization of education to the general population is not a mistake but an incredible social asset. Democratization that included the many that could not pay for it. And it an enrichment not only for Spain but for the environment, just check how many of us Spanish researchers are in a foreign country. Unfortunately we are loosing it. Nowadays not everybody can study in Spain.

After a main personal and professional crisis and with the birth of my first daughter I made a resolution: I wanted my neuroscience, medicine and public health knowledge to matter for society and that my personal interests and professional skills were linked in a translational project. And thus here we are at the very first steps.
